Free Face Yoga Taster Techniques
Face Yoga is a natural way to rejuvenate your skin, improve muscle tone, and release tension.
It’s broadly two types of exercises, as well as facial massage, acupressure and relaxation techniques.
The exercise techniques will either:
Work to release tension in the over-used muscles of the face - think eyebrow raising, jaw clenching
Work to lift & tone under-used muscles of the face - think hooded eyes, sagging cheeks, etc.
Facial massage and acupressure work to boost blood flowing shift stagnation to brighten your skin and encourage natural collagen production.
The Glow Face Yoga course teaches you daily exercise habits to get you glowing. It has more focus on releasing store tension and rejuvenating the skin.

The PowerLift course is like a HIIT workout for the face. It has more of a focus on lifting & toning your face.

Daily Posture Reset Routine
✺ Inspired by somebody complaining of ‘tech-neck’ this is a short, guided routine to help you ‘undo’ if you’ve been sat hunched at a desk, or in a car for a prolonged period
✺ Please be careful - you must always start gently with your neck
✺ Please don’t do this if your neck feels very tense or tight
✺ If you have any neck issues, please seek the advice of your relevant medical professional before you begin
Headache Relief Routine
✺ A 20-minute gentle, guided routine to release tension that can lead to headaches
✺ This routine is designed to help you to understand where you store tension in your head and neck, as well as to teach you effective, soothing techniques to release held tension
✺ This routine has been informed using a combination of face & neck anatomical knowledge, as well as an understanding of the symptoms of people who suffer from headaches and migraines
✺ Please use your intuition and try this routine either before the headache begins, or once your pain has peaked
✺ Please drink water before, during and after this routine
